The lid is made of MS duly SS lining if outer is MS and lid is made of stainless steel sheet if outer is made of SS., Unit fitted with Double safety radial locking system with paddle lifting device, made of MS chrome plated, with built-in safety valve, pressure gauge, pressure release valve and water level indicator. Pressure adjustable from 5 PSI to 20 PSI with an accuracy of ± 1 PSI, with Automatic pressure control switch. Supplied complete with stainless steel basket, cord and plug.
The Autoclave is electrically heated by immersion type heaters suitable to work on 220 volts single phase 50 cycles. The pressure inside the chamber is variable from 5 PSI. to 20 PSI
Working Temperature: 121°C, Hydrostatic Pressure: 2.5 kg/cm sq. The unit is fitted with steam release valve, spring loaded safety valve , water inlet and water outlet valves, water level indicator , pressure gauge, electrical control box, fitted with toggle switch, indicating Neon lamps and steam release valve, paddle lifting device and Automatic Pressure Switch.
Automatic Pressure Control Switch – To cut-off the current from the heating elements, when the desired/set pressure value level is attained inside the chamber and restarts the mechanism once the pressure inside the chamber falls from the desired level.
Automatic Water Cut-of Device
– To protect the heaters from running dry and to ensure that the machine is automatically switched off in case the desired water level falls below the prescribed level.(Optional)

Construction
Triple walled robust construction, Inner chamber made of SS 304, Outer Body & steam Jacket made of SS 304 with glass wool insulation between the walls. The unit is mounted on a sturdy tubular stand. Lid is made of thick SS plate provided with radial locking system and self locking safety device. Gasket fitted in the door is made of neoprene/Silicon rubber.
Controls
The system is Equipped with Automatic Pressure switch with adjustable working pressure system, It cuts off the power supply to heaters when the set pressure is achieved and re-energises heaters when pressure falls down. Autoclaves are hydraulically tested upto 40 psi & working pressure is adjustable from 10 to 20 psi ± 1psi. Sterilizer is fitted with additional spring loaded safety valve, pressure gauge for Chamber and boiler. Complete sterilizing cycle is controlled from one point with the help of Multi port valve fitted at front top.
Boiler
Steam is generated in a separate boiler made of SS placed at the bottom of the Autoclave fitted with easily replaceable heating elements , water level indicator, Automatic Low water cut off switch, drain cock, cord & plug suitable to operate on Three phase 440 V, 50 cyclic AC supply.
Autoclave is fitted with Compound gauge, screen plug and microprocessor based PID Digital Temp. Indicator cum controller with digital timer with automatic steam release after completion of cycle. The Line is fitted with steam trap and vacuum breaker. Gasket fitted in the door is made of neoprene rubber. The system is supplied complete with MS trolley and SS carriage.
